- How much does fivvo cost?
- Pro is $3/month or $19/year — cheaper than any serious competitor, with all the essentials included. A Max plan with a shareable pay page and online payments is coming. A free, no-account invoice generator page is on the way too.
- How does VAT work?
- fivvo applies your home country's standard rate for domestic clients and 0% with a reverse-charge note for cross-border invoices. You can override the rate per country or per client.
- Can I use my own invoice design?
- Yes. Upload your artwork as an A4 PDF and fivvo draws all invoice content on top, merged as vectors in the final PDF. AI analyzes the artwork and proposes the layout; you can adjust it.
- What's a timesheet line?
- If you bill by the day, one line covers a whole month: fivvo lists the working days, you click off sick days or holidays, and days × day rate becomes the amount.
- Do I own my data?
- Yes. Your invoices, clients, and templates live in your account, and you can edit or delete them at any time. PDFs are yours to keep.
